Billing
Questions about billing.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer: you pick the plan, the panel gives you a reference number, you transfer and the plan activates once we confirm the payment. Also by card or PayPal, with automatic renewal.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period; the panel keeps working. If it passes with no payment, access to the panel and monitoring are suspended. Nothing is ever deleted and your OLTs are never touched: your subscribers keep their service. When you pay, everything reactivates on its own.
What if I hit the plan limit?
You can’t add more OLTs, ONUs or users than your plan allows; what you already have keeps working the same. To add more, you move up a plan.
How do plan changes work?
Upgrading applies immediately and you pay the difference for the days left in the period, counted in whole days: with 18 of 30 days left, going from Basic to Pro costs US$60. Downgrading applies when the period you already paid ends. With a card, the payment processor calculates the proration.
What does the trial include?
14 days with one OLT, up to 64 ONUs and 2 users, with every feature. It’s the way to see the panel with your own network.
