The curve nobody else sees.
- The signal doesn’t drop all at once. It slides for weeks.
- eCloud projects the curve and tells you when it will cross the threshold.
- And it checks it against the subscriber’s WiFi to find where the problem is.

The problem is in the fiber, not the WiFi. The subscriber’s WiFi is stable and the optical power is what’s falling: check the fiber before it goes down.
